CNC flame/plasma cutting machine cuts steel plate raw materials to obtain the web and flange plates required for T-beam production. Laser cutting machine performs high-precision blanking of steel plates to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each component of the T-beam.

T-beam assembling machine aligns and positions the web and flange plates in place to form a qualified T-shaped cross-sectional blank.

Gantry submerged arc welding machine welds the assembled T-beam blank firmly to realize the integral forming of the refined

T-beam Flange straightening machine corrects the verticality and flatness of the T-beam flange and eliminates the deformation caused by welding.

CNC drilling machine drills mounting holes on precision T-beams as required for curtain wall installation.
